The Saas Valley includes the villages of Saas-Fee,Saas Balen, Saas Grund, and Saas Almagell. Saas-Fee is the most famous town of Saas Valley in the canton of Valais. It is located at 1803 m above sea level and has 1607 inhabitants.

The four Freeride World Tour Champions were crowned at the end of a six-event global series.
