| A chain of mountains runs for twenty-five kilometers and includes the Rosa Massif. At its foot stands the area of Monterosa Ski, a carousel of sports at high altitude, 180 km of ski links, located in the three valleys of d 'Ayas, Gressoney and Valsesia.
You can choose to spend a day going through the entire area with skis from Frachey and Champoluc in Valle d 'Ayas, cross Gressoney-La Trinité and reach Alagna Valsesia. You can also choose to live a more intimate collection of: Antagnod, Brusson and Gressoney-Saint-Jean where lift stations are conveniently accessible by local bus services.
The Monterosa Ski area is the ideal destination for those who want to spend a week doing freeride routes through unique and always different runs outside the box. From several possible points you can heliski from the Indren glacier on the slopes of Gressoney.
