Campo Felice Rocca di Cambio

In the heart of the Apennines, in the town of Rocca di Cambio, in the province of Aquila, is the area of Campo Felice. The resort is at the centre of an area surrounded by high peaks, all over two thousand meters and covered with snow throughout the winter season. It offers 30 km of downhill slopes of varying difficulty with slopes that exceed 600 meters descent.
The geography allows winter sports even in fog because all the tracks converge into a broad plateau. The resort has snowmaking facilities supplying snow to over 12km of downhill.
From the summit of Monte Rotondo you can see the Gran Sasso, the Sirente, the Velino, the Duchess and the Maiella.
