Abetone, at 1388 meters above sea level, lies on the border between Emilia Romagna and Tuscany and is one of the largest ski resorts in the Villa.
The peaks ranging from the elbow to the Val di Monte Luce and Cimon to serve as the frame with its valleys, creating a real picture-postcard landscape.

The ski area offers 50 km of pistes and is divided into three main zones: the first zone, facing the Tuscan side consists of the classic slopes of Abetone, the second area formed by the side slopes Emilian and the municipality (tracks of Zeno, Stucchi, Pulicchio), the third zone consists of the tracks included in the Val di Luce.

Also available are two circuits for Nordic skiing with a total of about 18 Km

Launch of the Abruzzo stations in winter
