Dolomiti Superski, at the Alpe di Siusi new Bamby chairlift

Alpe di Siusi in Inverno
The Alpe di Siusi is working on the construction of the Bamby chairlift by Doppelmayr for the 2019/2020 winter season. The new plant will replace the old four-seat chair lift.
The track will diverge only slightly. The position of the valley station will be maintained, while the upstream station will be moved about 12 meters north-east of the current chairlift. The chairlift can carry up to 2800 people per hour. The installation of chairs with wind-proof domes is envisaged, able to offer greater protection to skiers. Together with the Paradiso, Telemix Bullaccia and Belpiano chairlifts it will be the fourth plant in South Tyrol equipped with an automatic safety system for children. A mobile stopper will be installed to optimize the connection of the Paradiso station to the valley station and Bamby.
