Dall'Aconcagua alla Terra del Fuoco, passando dalla Patagonia, si snodano montagne straordinare, che per oltre 2000 km da nord a sud offrono una varietà di paesaggi incredibili e introvabili altrove.

Del Programma AISIM, che si pone l‘obbiettivo di creare una rete di cooperazione tra Italia e Argentina sulle tematiche e attività della montagna, in virtù dei forti ed indissolubili legami sociali e culturali tra i 2 Paesi, vi abbiamo già reso noto in occasione del Trofeo omonimo, ovvero delle tre competizioni sciistiche tenutesi sulle nevi abruzzesi, a sugello dei gemellaggi avviatisi tra alcune stazioni sciistiche italiane e argentine.
A successivo supporto sono organizzati, per il pubblico italiano, 2 viaggi itineranti, nella seconda metà dell’agosto, sulle migliori stazioni sciistiche della Patagonia argentina rientranti nel Programma. Occasioni realmente uniche per gli amanti di sci, neve e grandi viaggi.

Gli appassionati europei dello sci di fondo (disciplina che continua a reclutare nuovi appassionati e praticanti) durante l‘estate hanno poche alternative, i ghiacciai dispongono di percorsi poco soddisfacenti e troppo in quota; per chi non vuole rinunciare a sciare in condizioni prettamente invernali non gli resta che l‘emisfero australe.. e anche qui il SudAmerica non disattende le attese: Ushuaia, capoluogo della mitica Terra del Fuoco è la vera capitale degli sci stretti del continente!
