La frazione Spiazzi si trova a est del comune di Gromo, ed è posta a circa 1.200 m. di altitudine. La stazione sciistica è nata nel cuore della foltissima ed ampia fustaia ai cui bordi si trova l’antico borgo medioevale al quale ora si è aggiunto un nuovo nucleo urbano di villette ed accoglienti alberghi. Sono a disposizone una decina di chilometri di piste da discesa servite da due seggiovie e due skilift. A disposizione anche due anelli di sci di fondo. Gromo-Spiazzi è una stazione turistica-sportiva in forte espansione. Non vuole essere solo un centro di pratica dello sci, ma anche un luogo dove trascorrere serenamente delle vacanze in un antico borgo tra i più suggestivi e meglio conservati della provincia bergamasca.
